The object of the game is for the player to achieve a higher poker hand (according to the standard rules of poker) than the dealer, using the best five out of seven cards.

| A single standard
deck of playing cards will be used in dealing Progressive Stud. The dealers cards will be dealt face down and in the same order of groups as the players receive their cards. Players are not allowed to view other players cards. To start the game, each player must Ante and place a first wager. The ante amount will be half of the first wager. Each player will receive three cards dealt face down. After players view their cards, they have the option to fold, or double their first wager. Players will receive two additional cards dealt face down. Again, after viewing their cards, each player has the option to fold, or triple their first wager. Players will receive their two final cards dealt face down. Players are responsible for arranging their
own hand. The two burn cards are to be placed face down on the
section marked Discards. The
remaining five cards shall be placed face down on the section marked Best
5. Once the burn cards are collected, no claims will be
allowed. |
If a player has
paid for all seven cards, the player's hand is then compared to the
dealer's hand. The higher poker hand wins. In the event of a tie, players
push, no winners. A player who does not pay for all seven cards must fold
and loses the ante and all wagers already paid.
When a player wins, the player retains his ante and all wagers, and an amount equal to the sum of his wagers is paid to the player. When a player loses, the dealer collects the ante and all wagers. BONUS AWARDS To qualify for the Bonus Awards, the players are required to place a $1.00 side bet on the bonus circle. Players will receive a Bonus Award for the following ranked hands, regardless of whether they beat the dealer.
